Through bereft lover’s eyes,
Your beauty I see,
Forever entwined,
And you’ll always be.

The song in my heart,
The queen of my sky,
And my love for you,
They’ll sing it on high.

And we’ll float through the air,
In the fortress of dawn,
On the chessboard of life,
I am naught but your pawn.

And time shifts beyond,
Like a crystal decay,
And you are my heaven,
My night and my day.

And an azure tear shed,
In the blackness of night,
For my one true love,
My truth and my light.
